General Terms & Conditions
Right of return or withdrawal:
You can return the delivered items within 14 days and without mentioning the reasons for return. When you placed an order and you wish to withdraw it within this period you can do so in writing by mail, fax or e-mail.
Delivery bottleneck:
We are a small company and despite careful planning of the supply, delivery bottlenecks can occur. If this should be the case we will contact you immediately and inform you about the expected delivery date. Of course you can also withdraw you order.
Payment:
You can pay online by credit card (via PayPal or ClickAndBuy). Another option is making an advance payment to our company account. Unfortunately it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery or make a payment on open account.
Spare parts and accessories:
Please contact us should one of the parts of the organic baby bed be broken, damaged or illfitting, despite constant quality checks during manufacturing and careful final inspection. We will replace the accordant part immediately.
